How do I know which size is the correct size for me?

All bracelets are available in X-Small, Small, Medium, Large, and X-Large. To determine the size of the bracelet, use either a measuring tape or piece of string. Most people usually add 0.5 inch to fit comfortably. If a bracelet of different size is needed, please email citypearls2020@gmail.com with your order number and specific measurements as soon as you have placed your order.

How do I preserve my bracelets?

To preserve the bracelets, avoid contact with water and other liquids. Do not wear your bracelets in the shower/bath or other various sports. Perfumes, lotions, and cosmetics may damage the bracelets. Extreme heat and extreme cold may also damage the bracelets.

How fast will my order be shipped?

Each bracelet is made to order and will take 5-7 business days to ship.

I like the Kissos Collection but I want to bundle bracelets and it is not available. Can I request a new bundle?

Absolutely. If there are bracelets that you want to see bundled together, please email us at citypearls2020@gmail.com. We are interested in what bracelets you'd like to buy together.

I want to add something else to my bracelet? Can I customize it further?

Because each bracelet is made to order, yes you can customize it further. The price of the bracelet may increase, depending on what is requested. Do not place an order, but instead contact us first at citypearls2020@gmail.com. We will give you a quote and go from there.

I want to bulk order bracelets. Is that possible?

Bulk orders are possible, however, there will be an extended processing/shipping time. If interested in bulk orders, do not place an order, but instead contact us at citypearls2020@gmail.com. We will give you a quote as well as an extended processing/shipping time.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Do you accept returns/refunds?

Due to each bracelet being handmade, no. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us at citypearls2020@gmail.com with pictures.

Do you accept exchanges?

Due to Covid-19, exchanges are not accepted. However, if you receive jewelry that is a different style or size from what you have ordered, we will correct our mistake. We must receive a notice within 3 business days of the delivery date via email at citypearls2020@gmail.com. Your corrected jewelry will be sent to you at no cost.
